Marcus is a specialist in environmental water management.
Over 25 years he has contributed to major environmental water programs and reforms in south-eastern Australia and the Murray-Darling Basin.
He has provided leadership in the development and implementation of the Basin Plan, on-ground works for The Living Murray, water use plans for Commonwealth Environmental Water and environmental water delivery in rivers, wetlands, estuaries and groundwater-dependent ecosystems.
